RETURNS POLICY

The following conditions apply for refund:

1. The item must be Returned within 14 days of the date you received it.
2. Returned items must be in the original condition, not worn or altered and should be returned with all original documents.

3. E-Bay listing and selling charges, & postage and handling incurred will be deducted.
4. In Case of defect - an RMA # will be issued and replacement will be sent as soon we can verify that a defective part was received back.

5. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs &  insurance and we will make a replacement or credit depends on our inventory. Returned units found to be in working order will be returned at buyer expense. Shipping, Handling, Insurance charges are not refundable.

• Same day shipping for all payments received before noon

• Postal Insurance on all packages per item

• Payment via Paypal (shipped to Paypal address only); If you need to change your address - please change it in Paypal first as we will only ship to your Paypal address

• Payment must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase of the transaction. If the buyer cannot pay and indicate that the buyer did not agree to a mutual withdrawal from the transaction, a Non-Paying Bidder Warning will be filed with NEGATIVE FEEDBACK!

• In an event of an item in avertedly running out of stock - we'll issue a full refund and cancel the order.

• Insurance is through 3rd Party and value does not appear on package.

• Shipping & Handling & Insurance rate is not negotiable. We use Shipping & Handling & Insurance fees to cover shipping, handling, packaging and etc. If you do not agree with the shipping costs, please DO NOT bid!

• No Pickup's

• By bidding on our auction, we will assume that the buyer has accepted our terms & conditions.
