The Ultimate eBay Shyster
A new exemplar, courtesy of fastmemoryman aka emartbuy.com.
Executive Summary: "fastmemoryman" (truly, a misnomer on multiple levels) sold me a failed AMD XP 3200+ CPU. When I returned it, he refused to admit it was defective (he likely did not even test it), and tried to deduct various fees. I would also bet a large sum that he turned around and resold it to another victim. Anyway, I also had to dispute the charges with PayPal to recover my money, and ultimately, he left me negative feedback for something that was entirely his fault.
All this over a provably defective part. Many other websites describe this behavior — it seems I'm not the only one he's tried to scam.

Since putting up this site, I have received an intriguing amount of email from dissatisfied buyers complaininf of their encounters with fastmemoryman or Emartbuy. I will post some in the near future, pending permission from the authors.
